It can be the case that you created two Easybot with different targeting combinations and one contact matches both the criteria.

For e.g In one bot you are targeting HR Heads in companies who recently got funded and in another you are targeting HR Heads in Computer software companies and say X contact matches both.

In such a scenario it will be captured by both the segments but will be contacted from the bot where it was captured first. In other bot it will not be shown in Pending contacts in Easybot where it was captured second.
