If you are a user/customer of EasyLeadz then you will have following service level agreement and support.
EasyLeadz provides support via three channels:-
- Email support :- Users can send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their queries and our support team will reply back within 6 hours from Monday to Saturday as per IST time zone.
- Chat support :- Users can ping us over chat via blue icon shown at bottom right corner. Our support remains online from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 8 pm as per IST time zone. We answer all queries within 15 minutes.
- Phone/Call support :- Users can book demo with us and we give every user an option to book 30 minutes call with our support and customer success team.
