Go to Easybot section in your account and click on View contacts or Name of Easybot.
In an active Easybot, if you have enabled Automode, first disable it and then click on Update fitlers. Once you do that it will take you to the step where you had set up targeting filters.
Make changes to your filters and click Save targeting and Activate. Once you do this, it will populate Pending contacts with decision makers who match the updated preferences and remove any of those who do not.
However, whatever contacts you had Approved will continue to be there which you can quickly filter via Approved Contacts option.
