EasyProspect by Easyleadz is a exclusive platform where we have curated a list of more than 15 lakh companies registered in India (Public, Private, LLP, One - Person Companies and others). EasyProspect gives you access to this amazing Database and contact information of the Directors of the Companies.

KINDLY NOTE: The Easyprospect starts with INR 5,40,000 + GST for a year. In this plan, you can access all the available services by Easyleadz i.e.

  1. Mr E on LinkedIn and other websites such as Zaubacorp, Tofler and Crunchbase;

  2. Easysearch;

  3. Bulk Upload and;

  4. Easyprospect

How is Easyprospect different from Mr E working on LinkedIn and other websites?

This becomes essential when you are targeting small and medium-sized businesses and companies, generally from the Manufacturing sector, that might not have any digital presence, not even a website.

Out of the whole Gamet of Indian Registered companies, only 2-3 Lakh companies have a presence on Social Networking websites such as LinkedIn. What about the rest? Easyprospect comes into play when you want to tap the rest of the market.

How is Easyprospect different from the following?

Bulk Upload: Bulk Upload works with LinkedIn; Easyprospect covers market beyond LinkedIn.

EasySearch: Search Criteria is different and EasySearch also works mostly with LinkedIn.

Mr E on Zaubacorp, Tofler, Crunchbase : You get a set of unique filters on Easyprospect which are different from other platforms. You can create and save lists in Bulk in Easyprospect, and you can upload Companies' List on Easyprospect.

How does it work?

Visit your dashboard, Go to Easyprospect Section which is available on the Top menu of the screen.

  • OVERVIEW: This is how the Easyprospect homepage looks like:

  1. Filters to narrow down your search according to your requirements.

  2. Checkboxes to select your companies (Multiple at one time or in Bulk) The Blue button below "Save Contacts in Bulk" saves all the selected contacts at once. It can save upto 50 companies list at one time. Click on the Next button to navigate back anf forth. You also have to select how many directors' contact per company you want.

  3. Easybot - Saves contacts in Bulk. The only difference is that it picks 100 or 500 companies at once out of your filtered companies list and saves it in one go. Here you don't get to select companies yourself but the system picks up the list for you. You also have to select how many directors per company you want to save.

  4. Bulk Upload - If you have a list of Companies (only the Legal/Registered Names), you can upload that list (only in .csv format) and select how many directors per company you want to save.

  5. Mylist - This section gives you access to all the contacts you've saved in Bulk i.e. created a list via Easyprospect.

  6. This section shows the number of Directors for every company. You can view the names and view the numbers accordingly as per your requirements.

Again, for every contact information (One director's contact information) - 1 credit is deducted from your total balance.

  • FILTERS:

  1. Keywords like "Rubber", "Hospital", or "Chemicals", etc. or you can put in DIN, CIN, Director's Name, Companies' legal name to search as well

  2. State/City

  3. Age of the company

  4. Industry classification : aligned with categories as you see on Linkedin.

  5. Company type: Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Wholesale

  6. Paid-up capital: Highly essential to gauge the size of a company

  7. Trademark Class: Trademark is segregated into 45 different classes as per the NICE classification for a trademark, also known as the International Certification of Goods and Services. Each of the trademark classes represents a distinct set of goods and services. You can select the Trademark Class as per your targeted Goods and Services Industry(ies).

  8. You can also just select the Trademark checkbox to filter out the companies that have a registered trademark.

  9. GST: You can use this checkbox to select the companies for which we've got GST numbers covered. This coverage would increase in the future. If you are searching to companies using GST numbers or want to get access to GST numbers while you are targeting companies, this is the right filter for you.

You can use combination of Multiple Filters or Single Criteria at one time basis your requirements.
