How to add Easyengage's Custom Pixel to your Shopify store

Great news for all the Shopify-based websites! We have recently introduced our new Product - Easyengage (Beta Version). This technology helps you identify your website visitors irrespective of whether they have logged in or filled a form.

Through our technology, we detect them and automatically fill their contact information and profile parameters in your dashboard so you can connect with them.

Now this article is about guiding you how to add the Custom Pixel on your shopify store to start detection for your website. Here it goes:

1. Open your Shopify Store Home Page

2. Go to the Search Bar and select - Apps and sales channel settings.

3. On the Settings page, select Customer Events from the left menu.

4. After Opening up the Customer Events page, Click on the Add custom pixel button as shown in the picture

5. When the Pop-up opens, give your Pixel any name you like and click Add Pixel button

6. Your Pixel Code page will open, shown below is the area where you have to paste the custom pixel provided by us.

7. Paste the Code we provide you here, make sure the code is pasted as it is.

8. Save this Pixel by clicking the Save button on the top right.

9. Once it shows that your Pixel is saved, click on the Connect Button on the top right.

10. A confirmation box will show again asking you to connect. Click the Connect button again.

11. Once the message shows up - Pixel Connected, your work is done.
