You can always check your Monthly or Annual subscription renewal date from your dashboard.

Your dashboard is also accessible from Mr E extension's. Just click on the Dashboard Button at the bottom of the tool window.

You will also be able to see your Renewal date status on your extension as highlighted below:

IMPORTANT - Please note that if you don't renew for the next cycle, your unused credits would expired and would not be subjected to getting carried forward for your usage.

Kindly make sure that your Subscriptions (on Auto-renewal or not on Auto-renewal) are renewed on or before the last date to avoid any issues like lapsing of unused credits/removal of team members from the account.
