Purpose of introducing Easybot:
We got a lot of requests/suggestions from our clients/users to give them this ease of preparing a list in bulk from Easyprospect platform without doing any manual selection or without navigating across the pages to make a list. To solve this, we've created EasyBot.
How does it work:
Follow these steps to understand how it works:
1. Visit your dashboard, Go to Easyprospect Section which is available on the Top menu of the screen.
2. For example, In the Easyprospect section, after I have applied the following filters, and narrowed down my list based on my Industry and Company requirements, I will be able to see the filtered list of companies here.
4. Now I have 3 methods to fetch the contacts now:
Manual View: You can click on the Total People and click on the Blue/Turquoise Box to view the contact of the particular director.
Save in Bulk : Selecting Companies one by one or all 10 on one page together:
You can click the checkboxes one by one or click All checkbox, Click Next Button if you want to move to the next page and repeat, once you've saved enough companies, Click Save Contacts in Bulk Button to create a list.
After you've clicked Save Contacts in Bulk, you will get this dialog box:
You can choose to save the selected companies into an existing list or Create a new list, you also have to input the number of people (Directors) you want from each company. Click on Save Changes.
You can retrieve this list by visiting - My List Option on the top right of your page.
PLEASE NOTE: In this method, you can save upto 50 companies list, even if you select 100 companies, Easyprospect will pick up 50 companies randomly from that list.
EasyBot
Now after you've narrowed down the list, go to EasyBot option as shown in the picture. A similar type of dialog box will appear in which you'd have to save the companies in an existing sheet or create a new one, specify number of people per company and you have an option to save 100 or 500 companies at once.
As this is still in testing, we will soon introduce an option wherein you will be able to specify the number of companies you want to save. e.g. 340, 590, 1050 etc.
This list can also be extracted through MyList option.
